Day 1: Chandigarh – Kullu – Manali (Approx. 280km)

  • Arrive at Chandigarh (railway station or airport).

  • Drive through scenic Himachal Pradesh valleys to Kullu.

  • Explore Kullu Valley: temples, apple orchards, riverside views.

  • Possible stops: Bhuntar, Mandi (Shiv Temple), Solan Valley.

  • Optional: River rafting in Kullu, visit to a local bat factory.

  • Reach Manali; check in at the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2: Manali Local Sightseeing

  • Breakfast at a hotel.

  • Visit key Manali attractions: Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple.

  • Tibetan Monastery.

  • Hot water baths at Vashist.

  • Naggar Castle (views of Kullu & Manali valleys).

  • Free time for shopping at Mall Road and exploring apple gardens.

  • Evening at leisure; dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Manali – Solang Valley – Jispa (Approx. 110km)

  • Breakfast at a hotel.

  • Drive to Solang Valley for adventure sports: Paragliding, zorbing, skiing (in season), ATVs, ropeway rides.

  • Return to Manali and continue the journey to Jispa; En route, enjoy the Beas River views.

  • Check in at Jispa hotel/camps; dinner and rest.

Day 4: Jispa – Keylong – Sarchu – Leh (Approx. 350km)

  • Early breakfast and departure via Lahaul & Spiti’s Keylong.

  • Stop at Keylong: visit local monasteries.

  • Continue through Sarchu; cross Suraj Tal and high mountain passes.

  • Marvel at changing landscapes: river valleys, towering peaks.

  • Reach Leh historic town; check-in, dinner, overnight stay.

    Day 5: Leh – Sham Valley Excursion (Approx. 45km)

    • Visit the Hall of Fame Museum (war memorabilia, local history).

    • Stop at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib.

    • Experience gravity-defying Magnetic Hill.

    • View the confluence (Sangam) of the Zanskar & Indus Rivers.

    • Explore Basgo village and scenic countryside.

    • Return to Leh for an overnight stay.

    Day 6: Leh Local Sightseeing

    • Explore spiritual and cultural sites: Spituk & Thiksey Monasteries, Shey Palace.

    • Rancho School, Shanti Stupa.

    • Tibetan market, Leh bazaars for souvenirs.

    • Evening at leisure.

    Day 7: Leh – Khardung La – Nubra Valley (Hunder) (Approx. 120km)

    • Drive over Khardung La (one of the world’s highest motorable passes).

    • Descend into Nubra Valley (“valley of flowers”):

    • Visit Diskit Monastery and the tall Maitreya Buddha statue.

    • Hunder sand dunes: camel safari on double-humped Bactrian camels.

    • ATV rides, explore the Nubra River.

    • Overnight at Nubra camps.

    Day 8: Nubra – Turtuk/Siachen Base – Nubra (Hunder)

    • Morning drive to Turtuk or Siachen Base Camp excursion:

    • Turtuk: a border village with a distinct Balti culture, located near the Shayok River.

    • Museum, the last village on the Indo-Pak border (Thang, if open).

    • If Siachen: insight into the world’s highest battlefield and scenic glacier views.

    • Return to Nubra by evening; dinner and rest.

    Day 9: Nubra – Shyok – Pangong Tso (Approx. 150km)

    • Early breakfast; take the route via Agam and Shyok villages.

    • Arrive at Pangong Tso Lake: Witness the lake’s famous color changes throughout the day.

    • Visit photo points: 3 Idiots, Jab Tak Hai Jaan shooting spots.

    • Enjoy the sunset by the lake.

    • Overnight stay at Pangong Lake camp.

    Day 10: Pangong – Hanle via Chushul – Tsaga La

    • Drive along high-altitude terrain.

    • Visit Hanle village: Hanle Monastery, panoramic village views.

    • Indian Astronomical Observatory (world’s highest).

    • Stay overnight at a guesthouse in Hanle.

    Day 11: Hanle – Tso Moriri Lake

    • After breakfast, drive towards Tso Moriri (14,000ft).

    • Scenic views, possible bird watching (migratory birds).

    • En route stop at Nyoma-Mahe bridge.

    • Dinner and night at Tsomoriri camp/hotel.

    Day 12: Tso Moriri – Tso Kar Lake – Sarchu (Approx. 260km)

    • Early departure via Puga (sulphur mines), Tsokar Lake.

    • Skyangchu Thang (42km plateau).

    • Cross high passes (Nakeela, Lachung La).

    • Picnic lunch at Pang.

    • Reach Sarchu by evening for an overnight stay.

    Day 13: Sarchu – Chandratal Lake via Baralacha La

    • Checkout and drive to Kaza, then Chandratal.

    • Pass Baralacha La (stunning Himalayan sights).

    • Arrive at Chandratal Lake (“Moon Lake”)

    • Walk scenic trails, watch crescent lakes change colors, and camp beside the lake.

    • Clear night skies for exceptional stargazing.

    Day 14: Chandratal – Manali via Rohtang Pass (Approx. 111km)

    • Sunrise at Chandratal, lakeside strolls.

    • Depart for Manali via the famous Rohtang Pass.

    • Amazing views of Himalayan peaks.

    • Back in Manali, visit Mall Road or Hadimba Devi Temple.

    • Overnight in Manali.

    Day 15: Manali – Chandigarh (Approx. 270km)

    • Check out, transfer to Chandigarh by road.

    • Drop-off at airport or railway station; tour ends with cherished memories.
